At Sunrise Natural Healthcare we're not big fans of rules and regulations, but to help keep everyone happy (and avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings) here are a few basic terms to ensure we can all get along.




All consultation fees must be paid in advance of any appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time and date.  For new patients, please ensure you get in touch to discuss your needs and requirements first, to avoid disappointment.  We are always happy to answer any questions and help you decide if this is the best treatment plan for you based on your individual circumstances.  Consultation fees now include the cost of homeopathic remedies relevant to the consultation you have booked.  All other remedies must be purchased seperately and can be done so via the website.  This service is available to existing patients only.



All consultation cancellations must be made in writing to info@sunrisenaturalhealthcare.com with at least 24 hours notice in order to receive a full refund.  We reserve the right to withold the full cost of the consultation for failure to cancel with at least 24 hours notice.  Lateness for appointments will be billed as a full consultation but may not last the full length of time.


Emergency & ongoing treatments

Homeopathy does not replace the work of the emergency services and for urgent care, you should always attend your local hospital and seek advice from a doctor.  Homeopathy can often be used in conjunction with your normal treatment plan and medication.  Should you feel that you would like to change your medication, you should discuss this with the practitioner who prescribed the treatment originally.









Shipping costs are calculated on weight and items are sent via Royal Mail or courier dependent on the value of the order.  Shipping costs start from £3.99.  Orders are normally prepared and shipped within 48 hours of being packed.  For bespoke items, please allow more time to receive your goods as these will be made in accordance with your individual requirements.



In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return your order to us within 14 days of receipt, unopened and in it's original packaging.  The customer must pay all return postage costs and is liable for the original P&P fee.  This does not include any bespoke items for which we can only accept returns for faulty items.  If your goods have arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a full refund or send out a replacement completely free of charge upon receipt of the damaged items.  Please keep proof of postage for any items being returned.
